CONCEPT: With some outdoor background, a small business entrepreneur can offer classes and climbing and/or abseiling - possibly both on the one trip - in a spectacular local area.
STRENGTHS: this is a unusual business which will attract a lot of people. climbing is a good way to get fit and get new experience .
WEAKNESSES: this business is quite dangerous and it is also not for everybody ,people who are children or disabled can't do it .maybe it is expensive. not too many people can pay for it,
