I am not very understand this topic, just make a think.may be your mean is different generation has differnt think.like why if they dont like their bosses,they will change jobs.actually I dont think those as bad.in the histroy people just worked for king.if they didnt want work or betray,the king would be killed them.but current why is different with before.as people think .as people think is differnet.
so i think this is not bad.these just told us the world wouldl be changed
